One (1) pie crust
Three (3) eggs
1/4 cup of pizza sauce -- this is an estimate because I didn't actually measure this out
One (1) cup of mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup of asiago cheese, shredded
1/8 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
1/8 teaspoon of black pepper
Any toppings that you'd like -- I only used sun-dried tomatoes for this one
Preheat your oven to 425F degrees.
Beat eggs and add the cayenne and pepper to the mixture.
Pour eggs into the crust and sprinkle the asiago on top.
Bake for 15 minutes, or until eggs are mostly cooked.
Remove from oven and layer the tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, and any toppings that you'd like on top of the eggs.
Bake for another ten minutes.
If you'd like to have a beautiful pizza (this is purely for looks, honestly), turn your oven to broil (or about 500F degrees) and bake for 3-5 more minutes. Keep an eye on it because broiling something for too long can sometimes burn it completely.
